I serve Northeast Ohio and my home base is in Geauga County (~20 miles east of Cleveland) but am willing to travel just about anywhere.
Whether you want to admit it or not, Northeast Ohio is beautiful year round; there are tons of parks and picturesque small towns everywhere you look. That being said, you can rely on me to pick the perfect location or I'm happy to go to that special place you have in mind.
